€360 reservation with a refund guarantee
The reservation amount is €360, with a full refund on request until the final order is confirmed. The €360 is fully credited towards the product price; no additional product-price balance is charged. Any delivery charges must be disclosed and agreed separately.

Refund guarantee
Until the final order is confirmed, you may cancel and request a full refund by emailing contact@touawen.com with your name, email address and reservation reference. TOUAWEN refunds the full amount without fees to the original payment method, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the request. If TOUAWEN cancels the reservation or abandons the project, the amount is refunded in full. This commercial guarantee is additional to, and does not restrict, applicable statutory rights.
Confirmation and delivery
A reservation is not confirmation of the final order. The validated product specifications, delivery schedule, any delivery charges and complete terms are provided before the customer expressly confirms the final order. No further payment is charged automatically.
Before payments open
The delivery date or period and the consumer mediator’s contact details must still be provided. Payments for this new offer must remain closed until this information is confirmed.
Existing reservations
This new offer does not automatically change existing reservations or completed payments. Include the original reference with any request.
Date de livraison
La livraison de PlaqueSol One est prévue au plus tard le 6 mars 2027, sous réserve de la confirmation définitive de la commande par TOUAWEN.
Si TOUAWEN constate qu’elle ne pourra pas respecter cette date, le client en sera informé par écrit. Il pourra accepter une nouvelle date ou demander l’annulation et le remboursement intégral des sommes versées, conformément aux conditions de réservation et aux dispositions légales applicables.
Médiation de la consommation
En cas de réclamation, le client doit d’abord contacter TOUAWEN à l’adresse contact@touawen.com afin de rechercher une solution amiable.
Si aucune solution amiable n’est trouvée, le consommateur peut recourir gratuitement au médiateur de la consommation auquel TOUAWEN a adhéré :
